To celebrate the sale of her shaping underwear company, an American entrepreneur surprised her employees with spectacular gifts.

The emotion was palpable during an event organized at the premises of the American company Spanx.

On the occasion of the sale of the majority of the shares of her company, valued at 1.2 billion dollars, Sara Blakely, the founder of the company, offered each of her employees two plane tickets in first class to the destination of their choice.

The surprise didn’t stop there: “During your trip, you will surely want to eat in a good restaurant, go to a great hotel. So in addition to plane tickets, you all get $10,000,” she announced to cheering employees.

The company, based in Atlanta, in the US state of Georgia, manufactures and sells shaping underwear.
