Luxembourg: the culture of four cannabis plants soon legalized

On the other hand, the use of this cannabis will remain in the private sphere.The authorities maintain the ban on consuming on the public highway.

A fine seen downward

In the street precisely, the possession of cannabis will be less severely less punished when it does not exceed 3 grams.

The Ministry of Justice explains that a reduced criminal procedure is "planned for consumption, possession, possession and transport offenses and for acquisition, when the quantity of cannabis does not exceed 3 grams".
