What is your concept and what are its assets compared to competition?
Our concept is that of a network of stores specializing in the sale of flowers in all their forms (boots, bouquets, floral compositions, special occasions, decoration, plants...)).We work a lot on the reception in stores as well as the sales tips.
How did you adapt to the COVVI-19 crisis?
We had a difficult period because we had to close the shops for three months in 2020, which was quite exceptional.But we were lucky to bounce back very quickly as soon as the stores had the authorization to reopen.In the end, we had a somewhat difficult 2020 exercise, because we were falling turnover, but we were able to limit losses and 2021 takes place exceptionally well for us since customers rediscovered the flower stores, andWe have a website that continues to progress.
What are your development prospects and ambitions?
Today we have 37 stores in France which are mainly distributed over the southwest, and therefore we have of the national territory to cover.We seek to set up everywhere in France, respecting our implantation criteria.Thanks to the show, we currently have good prospects and real projects in progress and in reflection.

Describe the ideal franchisee
What we are looking for are operators.We are looking for people capable of launching a project, having absolute control (from the search for the premises to the opening)).We accompany them, of course, on this aspect of things.We are not looking for investors, but rather people who will be in their store, who will operate it with their sales team, etc..Ultimately, our franchisees often become multi-franchisees.
